Amit Reenu Paliwal, MD, MBA, MPH, DABFM, is a skilled and compassionate physician at Indus Healthcare in Pomona, West Covina, and Montclair, California. He practices family and occupational medicine along with complementary approaches to ensure his patients receive the best care for every condition.

At his practice, Dr. Paliwal treats his patients with an emphasis on integrative medicine techniques. He and his team know that a holistic approach coupled with technologically modern diagnostic and treatment options is the most effective way to address disease in men, women, and children. With the hope of helping people in every stage of life, Dr. Paliwal offers men’s health visits, women’s health visits, pediatric care, and geriatric care at Indus Healthcare.

Dr. Paliwal completed his undergraduate work at the University of Southern California (USC) in Los Angeles, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy. He attended the American University of the Caribbean School of Medicine in Plymouth, Montserrat, where he completed his Doctor of Medicine. Dr. Paliwal then returned to the West Coast and finished a Master’s of Business Administration program in Health Services and Information Technology at the University of La Verne and a Master’s of Public Health with a focus on Health Services at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA).

After extensive education focused on healthcare, Dr. Paliwal completed one residency in Family Medicine at Arrowhead Regional Medical Center in Colton, California, and a second residency in Occupational and Environmental Medicine at Duke University Medical Center in Durham, NC. He went on to complete a fellowship in Complementary and Integrative Medicine at the University of Arizona, Andrew Weil Center for Integrative Medicine.

Dr. Paliwal is passionate about healthcare and has been successfully treating patients throughout his more than twenty years in practice. When he is not working, Dr. Paliwal enjoys spending time with his wife, Mohini, and their two children.
